GW2? since Diablo 3 won't be out for another 4 years if Blizzards past is to be trusted in regards to release dates?

why would you post on a guild wars forum, asking people whether they will purchase guild wars or diablo.

Same reason people post WOW comparisons or "Would you buy GW2?" posts. How about this, would you rather had an item-based PVE for GW2 or the current skill-based PVE?

Well if you post it on a Diablo forum you could get the same answer and if you posted it on a forum for a third game they would be even more confused lol.

I asume the poster thinks some people play GW and Diablo 2 and hasn't made their own mind up yet.

Personally I played diablo 1 and thought it ok at the time, tried out diablo 2 and thought ok but a little dated.

Then played GW and loved it.
Will buy and play GW2 if and when it arrives.
Will probably play Diablo 3 some years later when its been reduced to £4-99 and I am looking for a cheap game.

GW2 because I was never able to play D2 for more than 2 hours. Honestly I can't see anything appealing about Diablo.. eh

If Anet are stupid (which I'm guessing they are) and release GW2 when SC2 and D3 are going to be released, then there is NO chance I and many others will play it.

neither....if I am not playing gw I wont be playing anything (and I wont be buying gw2)....so guildwars---the original.
